Water & Sewer
Water & Sewer Rate Information 1/01/2026:
- Water=$21.00 base plus $7.50/1,000
- Sewer= $21.00 plus $4.50/1,000
City billings are sent out around the 10th of each month.
Vacant properties must either continue to pay the monthly minimum for water and sewer or sign a request for service reinstatement at $200.00 with no minimum charges.
Please contact the Deputy City Clerk if you would like to make arrangements for your monthly utility billing to be automatically withdrawn from your checking/savings account. The City is also able to accept debit and credit cards for City billings.
